What is DuoResp Spiromax?
DuoResp Spiromax is a combination inhaler with budesonide and formoterol – the same active ingredients as in Symbicort. It is used for treating asthma and COPD and offers an equally active alternative to the Symbicort Turbuhaler.
The special Spiromax inhaler is a breath-controlled powder inhaler that is particularly easy to use: open cap, inhale cap, close cap. It visually resembles a metering aerosol, but is a dry powder inhaler.
Like Symbicort, DuoResp Spiromax can be used in the MART concept as both basic and demand therapy.
