What is Symbicort?
Symbicort is a combination inhaler of AstraZeneca, which contains two active ingredients: the inhalative corticoid Budesonid and the long-acting bronchodilatator Formoterol. It is one of the most commonly prescribed asthma controllers worldwide.
Like Foster, Symbicort can be used in the MART concept both as basic therapy and as required. The turbuhaler is a powder inhaler that does not require coordination between spray and inhalation.
Symbicort is approved for Asthma and COPD.
Active Ingredients & Mechanism of Action
